Missing artist
Added 2018-05-07 19:47:01 +0000 UTCI've still not gotten hold of Tanawat, our in-house artist we use for backgrounds, edits, and other small stuff that falls outside the main illustrations Lasterk has done for us. Last I heard from him was April 20 so we're kind of losing hope by now... We were trying to hold out for him to get back to us but it's frustrating because it's hard to know if he's jumped ship because he got stressed, or if he's been in an accident, or even died(!) or whatever, as I don't have anything but an e-mail address to go on. It's all the more aggravating because he has completed a bunch of new graphics (the internal x-ray stuff for example) but he never get around to sending us the layered originals, only the compressed jpg previews.
It's a really frustrating situation because things were going really smooth and I hate having to get into "headhunter" mode again to find somebody else to carry out this stuff, which is essentially grunt work. I'd ask you guys for suggestions but the problem is that the talented big-name illustrators have no interest in this type of menial work, so it's gotta be a no-name high-to-medium talent, but I digress... I'll just have to start surfing deviantart and hentai foundry again and begin sending out e-mails.
Anyways, boring shitty shit stuff, but I thought I should keep you guys updated.

If he does reply I suppose you can count on him, if not i'd find someone else and still let him (Tanawat) be a reserve in case he would reply at a later occasion. If you get delayed because of this, don't worry. We *(yes all of us!) will understand the problem you've encountered and we will patiently wait until you manage to find a way. *No, not all of us :D

He may be your best backup option if he's willing to take over at least until you figure out either what happened to tanawat and if he's coming back or find a full time replacement. I'd offer to take over myself, but I'm not trained in the visual arts, my field is music.
