UPDATE UPDATE: So turns out it was a glitch caused by switching over to the monthly charge format after all. Refunds are coming, and per Patreon, that could take up to seven business days to process. If you haven't seen anything by then, let us know. Thanks for your patience!
UPDATE: We're still waiting for word from Patreon. If we don't have a response (and assurance of corrections) from Patreon by end of business day tomorrow, we'll go ahead and issue refunds directly regardless. Stay tuned.
We have been made aware that some of you were double charged this month. We have filed an inquiry with Patreon support and are awaiting more information. Rest assured that this was not our error and that we will work out refunds for any overages once we have an explanation.
