Random Poll 1: Monthly Exclusive Polling

So this one is just for the £2.50+ gang because it only affects you lot.
I've been defaulting for a while now to only posting the monthly polls after the exclusive itself is out. My reasoning being that, if a chapter is one people particularly like, they might then want to read another of it next month rather than waiting longer than that!
But at the same time, a consequence of this is that my time for running the polls is limited, and I have an interest in getting them done fairly quickly to ensure I have more days to work on the story in question. Plus, plenty of time people seem to want variety (I feel that) and mixing and matching even when particular stories (at least, from what I gather!) are popular.
I should also clarify: the latest polling method has worked wonders and obviously I am a smut machine again (in a healthy way plz do not worry, hahaha!) so having three or so weeks to write the exclusive is plenty of time. But on the other side of it, I could attempt more detailed polls (of the current type) if I had less to worry about when it comes to timing.
So the first question of the day: should I run the monthly exclusive polls as I currently do, after the story has been released, or should I instead begin the next month's polls around, let's say, the 20th of a given month?
