[Hereafter] Interlude MK I: From the Heart

Ritsuka and Rika have both gotten at least one interlude (depending on how you count the Prison Tower sidestories) and even Jackie has had one of her own, but poor Mash out here finally getting hers after more than 200 chapters. Girl's been waiting long enough, don't you think?
This one is a long one, and I really like how it turned out. Fun fact, a certain red-haired revolutionary was actually a fairly late addition, in that I didn't decide to add him until the scene he appeared in. But I checked the timelines and they lined up neatly enough, so I figured, hey, we have enough figures from the 2011 era, let's bring in at least one from 1783.
You can tell because he talks like he just penned the Declaration of Independence.

2025-06-07 13:24:29 +0000 UTCRemember that Clockblocker a few chapters back mentioned that Vista was one of those hit hardest by the "future memories" thing, since 2015 Vista is 17 years old and 2011 Vista just turned 13. Teenagers do a lot of growing in those four years, so she's 13 in body and 17 in mind, which is her problem.

Seeing her on the outs with Laserdream doesn't feel good. Honestly, though? Weird that she's not twitchy about Tattletale. Her and Taylor clashing might result in a few broken bones, I fear. Lily's here, and hopefully Sabah's in the camp. Must be feeling extra awkward if she's got her memories. Her inclusion does invite a question though: can she kill Servants? Oh, and Vista, Lily[ ] all in one camp must be a sure deterrent from March appearing there. Or maybe not, she's crazy like that.
