[Hereafter] Chapter CXLVI: Legacy of a Checkered Past
Added 2024-04-21 23:35:44 +0000 UTCI should have expected that I wouldn't get quite as far as I originally thought I might when I started writing this chapter. That seems to be a problem I run into a lot, although I'm not sure how much of a "problem" it really is.
I really liked how this chapter turned out. There were some excellent moments here, and I got to include Andersen being a snarky little bastard a bit more than usual. Of course, I also got to call back to some other things that have been sitting on the back burner for a while now, and things are going to be coming to a head soon enough.
Just one more Singularity, Rika. Your Senpai won't be able to dodge the questions once you start the America campaign.

I'm honestly kinda dreading the America Singularity a little because the only thing I can think of that'd force Taylor to reveal her past is that it would heavily feature more Worm elements. Which don't get me wrong Canon America Singularity isn't great by any means. But depending on who, what, and how much of those Worm elements there are is just getting a "eeeurgh, nooooo, please don't stick around" response from me preemptively.

I wonder if she'll get a fame boost because of it? Or maybe something like mental pollution. Tangent aside, excellent chapter. Very excited to see the end of London.
