For reference, the chemical Taylor mentions in this chapter is a part of the cocktail that is the venom of both the brown recluse and the six-eyed sand spider. Nasty, nasty stuff.
What's the upgrade that Da Vinci is talking about? Well, it's...a secret. But there are going to be several people in Chaldea who will be really excited about it, once they hear what it is. I didn't exactly hint about what it is, but eagle-eyed readers might manage to deduce it based upon some of the things said in the narration.
Next, the official start of the London Singularity.

Heh, the twins are definitely learning from Taylor. I'm still looking forward to if/when they find out her full backstory, and their reactions to it. Yeah, if any of the people that hurt Marie and/or screwed up her life ever show back up, Taylor is going to eviscerate them. The upgrades to Taylor's ravens sounds awesome. I'm definitely curious about the upgrade Da Vinci mentioned, but as of now, I don't know what it might be. Off to London.
