The only thing more incredible than the fact that Herakles is so strong and has twelve lives is the fact that the team actually has enough options to take so many of them. Like, I sat down and counted them all out, and it's kinda ridiculous.
Also, for some reason, a certain someone's NP being strong enough to kill him isn't really brought up in canon, even though it's kinda relevant.
The ending actually wasn't planned to go the way it did, but as I was reaching the end of the chapter, it came out on its own and I went, "You know what? I like that!" It's a really good way to end the chapter.

Yeah, I do wonder why we haven't seen him as Grand Archer. Too powerful maybe?

2023-06-19 11:06:55 +0000 UTCUnfortunately, they won't get the synchronicity bonus of him being on the Argo itself, so if they summon him as a Berserker, he's only gonna be an A-rank Servant. It's actually funny: If Jason had managed to summon Herakles as Archer, they would have been literally unstoppable. Archer is supposed to be his strongest class, only marginally weaker in stats than as Berserker but multiple times as strong in melee, and his ordinary arrows are each equivalent to a noble phantasm. And he ALSO has God Hand as an Archer.
