[Hereafter] Chapter XCVIII: High Seas Ambush
Added 2023-04-23 23:16:41 +0000 UTCI was a little iffy about using a certain song in this chapter, but it's been teased so much by Rika over the course of this Singularity that it was almost inevitable that it would show up in some form or fashion. Rika is just too plugged into pop culture.
This one wound up pretty big again. Didn't break any records, but it came a lot closer than I thought it was going to, and the final word count was 7840. Geez. If I'd given the team more interactions throughout it to break up the narration a bit more, this would have easily taken the crown.
Also, surprise! Yeah, I've still got more to show you guys. This Singularity isn't anywhere near over yet.

Just saying, it should be “servants like Asterius and ME” (because it would be ‘servants like me’ - though, it IS dialogue…) Taylor, Eurayle was never their enemy, just someone who was a lot like someone they had a bad experience with. What song WAS Rika singing?
