Whew. So, next step in the boss rush. Yeah, Romulus isn't given much character in canon Septem, so I figured I could add some flavor to him with this chapter. Must be an interesting difference from how things were in Orleans, at least for the team, because Jalter just wanted to burn it all down and Romulus has decidedly more nuanced motives.
Also, did you guys know that OG Romulus has more than one NP? He does. The second isn't advertised anywhere near as much as it should be, but it does exist. I...really don't understand how the effect of it connects to the legend it supposedly embodies, but he does have it.
Next chapter is the boss fight.
