They're actually supposed to be really hard. Relatively "minor" changes can be made within the Saint Graph itself — upgrading it, essentially. In-game, this is the level up and Ascension system at work. Interludes and Strengthening quests fall under this category, too, although the former is more about mental blocks and the latter is more about using cheats and hacks to give Servants access to skills or abilities that they might only get in Singularities or Lostbelts. But outright changing things like Class? That's something either the Servant has to do with a certain kind of skill or cheats done using Primordial Runes. Or just putting on swimsuits. Don't ask me how that one works. They explained it in the first summer event as Scathach using Primordial Runes to enchant swimsuits that let the Servants modify their Saint Graphs for the summer, but they just kind of glossed over it in later events.

2022-04-05 11:46:43 +0000 UTCIt does make me wonder how Saint Graph changes happen. IE, is it merely a matter of changing clothes? I think Ritsuka would nosebleed if he saw Nero Bride >.> So would Rika, actually. I can def see Nero choosing to marry Emiya just for the food. :D
