True enough. Quite a few have secondary NP's. Still, Altera has probably one of the more destructive NP's we have witnessed, her Photon Ray. Gonna be interesting to see how Tay-chan ( Oh god let her get that nickname ) deals with what is functionally a giant orbital "Fuck you" beam. Also...will you be doing the FGO events? Jeanne D'arc Santa Lily would be hysterical. :D

2022-01-23 10:22:44 +0000 UTCA problem FGO has is that the format of the game precludes the character's having more than one Noble Phantasm they can use at a time - or so we thought, but Melusine kind of proves that if they had thought to try, they could have tied it to whatever Ascension art the player uses. Or they could have made it a toggle on the Servants' status screens, so you could choose Noble Phantasms just as easily as which Ascension skin you liked best. Anyway. Point is, I'm not limited in the same way that they were, so everyone has all of the NPs they should canonically have.
