We are so excited to have a ton of blackberry bushes around us, I mean seriously there are a ton! 😋
Here is the recipe I used for my blackberry Jam.
5 cups Blackberries
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 cups coconut sugar
* Add blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a saucepan. Be sure there are several inches of head space for foam.
Turn the heat to medium-low and simmer the Jam until it reaches gel stage, stirring to keep the bubbles down. It should take 20-30 minutes.
Make sure to sterilize your jars before adding the jam. Enjoy!! 💜
