...Right. Starts with some fluff between the girls, but after that, there's that headbutting with Glenn that was promised last chapter.
Glenn...was actually easier to wrap my head around than I thought he would be. There were a few moments that I wasn't sure about, but for the most part, he came out without much effort.
I'm a little scared what that says about me.
Also, there were, like, five people camped out on the CiP post for this while I was finishing it up, and I was really surprised, because none of them were my editors.
On another subject, I think it's about time for an interlude, and I'd place it after 8.6 and Taylor's interview, I think, but I have no idea whose. Do you guys have any thoughts?

Very nice chapter! I like Glen as a character honestly. He's the kind of man that no one would like, but many would respect, and I think you portrayed him well. As far as the interlude goes, I'll second the Eidolon suggestion, he's built so much of his self worth on the idea that he's the greatest hero, and in just a few months a 15 year old did what he couldn't.

Just one thing's bothering: why not Include a servant for the interview? Might as well make it Arthur, too, if she's gonna be Installing him later. As for the interlude... Eidolon? It'd be interesting to see his perspective on being upstaged by a newbie. I think there's a lot of potential there.
