Promise 7.7
Added 2019-08-04 19:16:10 +0000 UTCThis one, well, I, um... Ahahaha...got a bit distracted? I had an idea for if and when we get to the inevitable SH9 conflict, and I wound up writing about 2500 words for a Bonesaw interlude...that won't be featured for at least another arc or two.
Ahem. Anyway. This chapter felt a little...lackluster, because every time I wanted to try and write something cool about Leviathan bashing that barrier, I had to remind myself that he's, like, a mile or two from shore, so no one should have a really good look at him or what he's doing.
And then surprise Install! Okay, so he's not a surprise, because he was talked about a few chapters ago. Still! He'll get to show off...next chapter. Probably the chapter after, too. I know how I want to structure 7.8 and 7.9, but I'm not sure 7.8 will have enough content. 7.9 is supposed to be the main climax of the Leviathan fight - not the end, but the point the rest of the fight is building to. It should also be the main climax of another conflict, too.
In any case, here you go, everyone.
