In any case, the lead up to Leviathan, this chapter. Some bonding with Vista. And Legend gives a speech.
Let me know how I did with Legend's speech?
This is the raw form, again. Last chapter didn't get changed, because the editors gave it the okay as-is. I'll update this post if or when this chapter gets some revision, tonight.

New chapter! Yes! I actually really liked the speech. Especially the last part. What I don't get, however, is why Taylor's so set on killing Leviathan, when that'll only bring 3 more Endbringers. Shouldn't her goal be to drive him away with a minimum (to the city) damage?
