My FGO woes are fairly well-known, and I'm still kind of reeling from them. A lot of characters I was really looking forward to are beyond my reach because I hit a reverse jackpot, and Enkidu, Musashi, and King Hassan are among them. But like I said on the discord channel, that was the easy part.
The harder parts are a bit more personal. My grandfather was diagnosed with a form of bladder cancer, which is basically all I know about the situation. No one was sure he'd even last the week, but he has, and apparently he's feeling better, now, although what that means regarding his overall health, I haven't been told.
My aunt was also in hospital, where she has spent the last four months or so, and the last week has been spent with me waiting for the call to come in telling me that I needed to help get her moved back into her house. That was yesterday.
What does it all mean? I got nothing done, this week. At all. Hopefully, things will be a little less tense, next week, and I can actually get somewhere with the next chapter.
