Update
Added 2022-07-16 17:38:53 +0000 UTCI woke up sick on Thursday morning so I didn't work at all that day, I slept. The muscle aches were the worst I think I have ever had. I was still sick yesterday but able to get in about 2 hours worth of work. I got lots and lots of sleep over the last two days, trying to make sure my energy went toward healing vs other things. Today, I am only barely sick so I am back to working on the next audio. I'll be working on it all day. I'm the type of person who hardly ever gets sick and yet I have been sick twice this year so I am committing to getting more sleep from this day forward. I think all of those 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night caught up with me. I have a fun month planned for you guys, I'm excited!
