The audio begins with a warm up of the thighs, lingam, energy centers and testicles with massaging, shaking and stirring of the energy. It then goes into the actual session.
*Shaking is included in audio in the beginning/warm up only to stimulate the energy.
This audio is an instructional JOI, it will lead you through 31 different Tantra techniques for your Lingam and Testicles in order to create sexual energy and move it. You are left to end the session as you choose, whether you orgasm once, multiple times or refrain is up to you. You aren't instructed during the session to use breath, the p.c. muscle or shaking, so you will need to do this as you see fit for your own personal advantages. This audio instruction ends at about the 53 minute mark and then the remaining audio to the one hour and 17 minute mark is music to allow you time for however you choose to end.
