2022-08-23 22:31:59 +0000 UTCBueno mi ingles no es muy bueno asi es que te responderé en español: La membresia standar es Gold, la cual esta $10 y la membresia Carbino es $20 por lo tanto si tu crees que has estado esperando 2 años en realidad has pagado cerca de $240 lo cual es el costo minimo para dos paginas de mis comisiones normales el monto restante es lo que corresponde a tu membresía standar. El objetivo de hacer proyectos aqui en Patreon es que el comic sea vistoso para los miembros en general y no esclusivamente para la persona que da la idea o el guion, por eso se hacen modificaciones en todos los guiones o ideas que me envian. Si deseabas desde el principio un comic totalmente pegado al detalle de tu idea, era que me comisiones de manera normal y no por Patreon. La historia que me enviaste es muy larga y tiene detalles y al ser larga no es comercial. Por otro lado al tener tantas transformaciones en un solo numero se vuelve caro y desordenado. Tomé la desicion de dividir el comic en 2 partes, por lo que solo estoy trabajando la primera parte con las respectivas modificaciones para que sea un comic comercial. Lo que me envias en excel sobre backlog y otras cosas los entiendo pues antes de ser un artista por Hobby, soy ingeniero y manejo todo tipo de estadistica. Finalmente, este mes terminaré la primera parte y puedes dejar de ser miembro carbino, por que lo del pintado y coloreado es algo que de todas formas se tiene que hacer porque el comic ya esta a lapiz. Sobre de la segunda parte, porque tiene werewolf, sera completado mas adelante (una vez publicado la primera parte).

2022-08-12 20:39:35 +0000 UTCI have been tracking it since personally as you can see since 2021... just for myself.... others were asking I offered, nobody responded so I attached the "limited" single sheet version vs the whole 5 page metrics historical version.. I have with cost and time breakdowns. ( I do Project Management and have to make sheets like this for cost breakdown and scoping daily ) my tracking based on what is posted --> ( I am good ), but we have 12 of us on Carbyne since its inception 02/2021.. Let us be honest 7 of the 12 projects are still on ice... I know you were sitting as of Feb 2021 at 28 Projects outstanding to start working on today we are down to 11 un-started... In feb the 12 of us who joined feb 2021 in the past 20 months 14 completed projects [I like numbers they are finite and do not lie] .. I know when you deal will large numbers of people (over 100) of which those able to message you can get behind. People will be patient, but there comes a time when a person will ask ( what is the status) and you can only push back so many times before they think you do not care... add to that the massive amount of change which is being injected into this ( group ) "creation of another patreon for [specific projects off the cuff " and understandably a more * graphic* channel started due to issues with posting [content] because of patreon rules... this is situations where you need to divide services. ---- My point in short is if you are going to do your own thing delay 6+ months before reviewing projects and informing a +/- yes/no/maybe/fix then 12+months later decide "no maybe" be fair to the people on the top tier ... carbyne generates you 12* 300 annually once we add graphene numbers go up again as of your expansion from 12~36 @ 20 to xx whatever it is ... so collectively 3,600 from carbyne + (240 * 24) is a good chunk of cash again from graphene and the remainder is assembled from the other four tiers which make up the 270~310 patreons you average per month .. ( i will leave you with the post and the list I have up you already have access to my Cogs XLS if you care to review which I messaged you privately over a year ago to ask if it was "correct" ) just to point out some things ... your oldest ( {cold project} was active on its inception date August 21st 2019) you have gone from 36 backlogged to 22 in 20 months -- I will re-link the master spreadsheet in a PM to you again
