Help me create an upcoming audio...

What he suggested is basically the same things that another one of my Patrons suggested so there are at least two Patrons interested in this idea. Maybe there are more of you who would like this. I need some ideas on how/what to create for this.
The Patron said that in a couple of my past audios I told slaves to take care of themselves so that they could be the best for me. I told them to take care of their health and their bodies.
So my slaves seem to need help and encouragement with this area of their lives. Encouragement from me. So what are some ideas for this? Maybe affirmations to listen to in the mornings to help slaves to be healthier, to workout, etc. And what else would I add or what are any ideas that you all have for this?
Maybe something that you could listen to in public so if anyone over heard it, they wouldn't know it was your Nautica lol. Or ?
