Gaming Historica | The History of Fill-in-Cafe フィルインカフェ

In 1987 a small team of guys called Team Cross Wonder started making games. They change their name to Fill-in-Cafe in 1989. They began with Metal Sight  for Sharp X68000 which was a quite cool 3D mecha action game:

Then they made Neural Gear and got more sales and more popular. In 1991 they become real company!!  They work with Family Soft and Intec to publish Mad Stalker: Full Metal Forth which was a big mecha fighting beat-em-up game on many systems. But the real success was in 1994 with Asuka 120% BURNING Fest!! This cute girl fighter game you will know because we talk about it before!

They keep going with Panzer Bandit in 1997 which is really cool action game on PlayStation little like Guardian Heroes. They plan a sequel for Panzer but 1998 they lost all the money! Oh no! Some game like the Asuka 120% arcade port was never finished.. After that Success Corporation take over the Asuka series and Family Soft got many of their old games like Community POM , a magic sheep girl adventure.

This company has only a short life but is remembered well by PC gamers in the 90's. Sad end but fun history! What do you think about this story?
