Wonderful work Bethy! Encouragement is always needed when things look tough and your not sure if can do it which is why I look forward to this video. Even having someone acknowledge that you want to improve is uplifting. Alyssa is a great trainer, kind but willing to push you to get better even willing to give advice. Will look forward to see her in more videos.
