For example, take some time to learn a hobby you've always have been interested in.. Or maybe cook yourself a nice meal.. Or have a few minutes to yourself to meditate. Whatever you might need, go do it for yourself.
For me personally, I like to take a bit of down time to talk to friends. Catch up on stuff that I might have missed and have some fun little game nights. For me, being around positive people most definitely helps me when I am overwhelmed or anxious.
Its all about finding what helps you the most. Finding a healthy way to ease your stress can be challenging, but it is worth the search. <3

2021-09-09 21:31:53 +0000 UTCI can't express how much it helped me to go see "Free Guy" and "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" in theaters with my Grandmother. We used to go all the time before the absolute tragedy that is this pandemic that we are in, and just seeing those movies In theaters with a person I loved helped my mood immensely. Hope you all can find some thing like that.
