Not only does your body need it, but you definitely deserve it too. You deserve to feel good about yourself and the environment around you.
So recently, if you have been feeling drained in any sort of way.. Go do something good for yourself! Order some of your favorite food! Go to the park! Maybe play that video game that you've always wanted! Do something healthy for your mind and soul!
