The special box was in promotion for the baseball game Pro Yakyuu Team de Asobou Net! (プロ野球チームであそぼうネット!) by Smilebit and Sega.
However there was some talking about this among the retro game groups.. some people wonder if is fake or not.?? I am not sure because it so rare I never saw one before. but it do not really look faked to me.. very difficult to do that this way.
This one sell on eBay for $7500!
