Had a pretty slow month in August and I’m discovering that one part of it was me uploading less (36 videos LOL) and also some new age restriction AI stuff that Google put out on YouTube. I’ve noticing things really struggling when it comes to momentum. Yesterday’s NieR video (historically a banger home run vid for me since it’s the first series on the channel) went from 2/10 to 7/10 within a few hours. Really bizarre stuff.

Frankly, I assume it’s because of my niche - but I’ve talked to four people who have said the same. They feel like their videos are going uphill instead of building momentum.

Doesn’t matter. The point is: thank you. You really REALLY help me keep the lights on here. Pay my editor, Nathan, pay Raul, my thumbnail designer - and allow me to live slightly easier. God forbid something horrible happened, I know I could survive and figure out next steps.

YouTube is like a small business - but the problem is, the landlord decides to constantly make changes so it’s inconsistently consistent. That is annoying. The variables can be rough. You all really help provide some sort of comfort.
