mahoutsukai no yome/the ancient magus bride. Season 1 that is, supposedly season 2 has some issues around and I haven't gotten around to check out if those rumors and opinions are true in any way. Otherwise Aria the Animation (which is part of the iyashikei genre, a genre meant for calmness and healing basically), because of it's atmosphere.
