This may sound like a strange suggestion, but if you are still experimenting with the language, then I can recommend trying out the German language with English subtitles. This is because AoT was very much inspired by German history and culture. The names of the characters and the architecture of Paradise are also all in German, and the quality of the German translation is also very high. So if you're interested, I can definitely recommend giving it a try, because the language just fits perfectly with the story of Aot.
