Deleting $10 tier altogether

2017-09-29 21:44:46 +0000 UTCI had that tier set as "unpublished" since the end of August, as I don't offer that reward anymore. Though someone sent me a screencap of their pledging options and the $10 one appeared as an available option for some reason.
