Monthly Picture Poll #2.2 - "Clarification Poll" XD
Added 2020-05-05 04:43:45 +0000 UTCOkay, I've just read my own post of this month's poll and realized I must have been seriously drunk when I posted it. The winner option, Ciri from the Witcher, was written as follows:
"Steampunk Cirilla (Witcher 3/Steampunk 2077)"
As you can clearly see, dumb old me wrote Steampunk instead of Cyberpunk. I swear I meant Cyberpunk, but I made the same mistake twice, coming so far as mentioning "Steampunk 2077", which makes no sense as there isn't such a game.
As we all know, Steampunk is a fantasy genre set during the 2nd industrial revolution, with lever-action and bolt-action weaponry, flying contraptions and machinery power by... well Steam Engines! Which should be a Victorian Era aesthetic of the Nineteenth Century.
Cyberpunk, on the other hand, is a futuristic Fantasy Genre of a future time where mega-corporations rule the world, with Cyber augmentations and artificial intelligence technology as a focus point, just like in the game I actually meant to mention, Cyberpunk 2077.
I meant one thing, and wrote another completely different thing. So, as I wouldn't like to deliver something you didn't vote for, I'm opening now a second poll to clarify what each of you voted for. Which of the two following clarified versions of the winner option would you like me to draw in May's Monthly Picture?
