Quick-ish Update
Added 2024-11-14 03:39:28 +0000 UTCJust a quick update to say that there isn't really much of an update. Needless to say my real life has been kind of a lot for the last week. I'm planning to do another patch to the game to fix reported bugs, put in a new hacking mini game for the text to speech mode, and fill in the final backgrounds one way or another.
Doing some user interface experiments for the game after this, laugh track. But nothing really solid just yet. Mostly during that through discord.
And today, I decided I'm going to shut down our Twitter. I am not in the mood to find out what happens on that website, given it was already spiraling the drain of abuse and toxicity. Now it's owner is being given federal power and I have zero interest in the end result of that slopping over into my social media directly. Better to bail. Bluesky is coming along very nicely; the rule of enshittification may come for it in the end but for now it's a breath of fresh air.
