I started reading Summer Camp in spring of 2003 on ASSTR. Nick, it’s been a long road with lots of bumps . You are a very good and very patient storyteller. I’m glad Patreon has been a good fit for you.

I read Summer Camp from the very beginning up through the beginning of Wren. I lost the thread for a while - hiatus, kids, school - you know the drill. But the story was stuck in my head, a d a year or so ago I picked it back up again. I re-read the old stuff (it really was like meeting up with old friends) and worked my way through the new. I still remember, way back when, when you posted the paragraphs about heading to the funeral - and the furor & speculation over who was the wife, and who had died. You've given us a hell of a story Nick, and an fitting ending to the epic. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.

Thank you Nick I've been trying to figure out where this journey started for me - I think it does trace back to asstr times but I think I found your web site from someone else on asstr. Anyway it's been >10 years of good reading and goodness only knows how much time it took you to write. I've been on this platform for 3 years so feel like I've given back in some small way, I was a leech for long enough. I did wonder how the Epilogue would work out, I think I remember you saying Nick that "macro time" was harder to create, but I like the way that the story is written in conversations so, whilst time passes, the story itself still revolves around the characters. And it's the characters which made the story, so many to name. I found myself at various times preferring Kendall over Gina and Wren over Christy but Paul and Christy are definitely the best team. Thanks again Nick

I agree completely with this. Even though it was likely then clear long ago that It was Susan. You have written about a real person. I have never before teared up reading about a 'fictional' death before. Especially one so clearly foretold. Whoever was your real Susan Nick, you have done her justice.

Paul and Erin became a victim of the morality police. If Nick wanted to publish the story here or sell it at any of the major retailers, it had to get dropped from the main story. That said, someone (whistles) may take up the mantle and write it.

What a journey this has been. Found the series online quite by accident and continued when I found it was continued on Patron for the last couple years. I only with Paul and Erin had more time together. I feel like she got denied a fully fulfilled fantasy that would have been good to read about. Great job. I'll miss the saga, but looking forward to what's next. Maybe a Laurie and Davis spinoff?

Like most ardent fans here, I also had a sinking feeling that it Susan who died. In an epic story, I am sure readers get attached to one or more characters, for me it has always been Susan. From the time of the tree branch till the end of Book Gina, she was an active character. In the latter books, there was more character development, and less direct causal interaction of Susan. One era has ended! It will be interesting to see what Nick has planned for the characters.

I've been reading this saga from the beginning (pre Patreon) and got hooked right away. Thanks for completing the story, Nick, and I look forward to the continuing Summer Camp Swinger Universe. It's been an enjoyable ride so far and should become even more so as we move into the future.

I began reading SC during the summer of 2013. I'm fairly young, about the same age as Susie, so Nick and the characters of SC have taught me a lot. In someways, I feel like I grew up with a lot of the characters. This has been a long journey and I'm grateful to Nick and all the people that helped make this story possible. Unlike a lot of people that commented, I've been clueless to who died. In a number of ways, I didn't want to know, for knowing meant the ending of such an epic story. In actual fact, it's not necessarily that I didn't want SC to end but Nick's writing. I'm looking forward to much more Nick. Thank you. Nick, are you still accepting e-mails? I've been meaning to send you a longer thank you note but have never got around to doing so.

I think I joined the Nick Scipio fan club as you were releasing volume two. It's been a long journey, with a few delays along the way. Thank you Nick for giving life to these characters and for having the stamina to close out that very first chapter. I'm looking forward to the future.

Thank you, Nick. I’ve been reading since I don’t know when. I’ve known almost since the beginning who died, and also from when we met Christy that she was the wife. . . But getting to the end from the beginning to the end has been the fantastic run. I have to admit that I shed a tear when we finally reached the death scene for Susan. She was such a fully realized human being, not just a character on a glowing screen. I am sure others joined with me in concern for Christy’s battle first with depression and then with alcohol. Nick, yours is a rare talent for creating believable, living characters. Keep at it and keep entertaining us. We DO appreciate it. Thank you for almost two decades of enticement, waiting, and titillation, much of which had little to do with the sex, which was great.

I've been reading SC since about 2003 (first posts on asstr) and joined Patreon when that was available. This is my first ever post. Congrats on a wonderful story and great writing. Sorry it was Susan, but knew that was where it was headed. First thought Wren would be Paul's wife and I'd have liked her to be (then), but Christy is a wonderful character and a good match. I hope you keep writing about the SC characters.

well we have finally gotten to the end of an amazing story. i knew that it was susan who had died i could not see it being anyone else.bravo mr scipio for bringing us this tale over so many years...and it has been a lot of years!

I have been reading since the astr time. Glad you came to patreon and I could actually contribute in an more direct way. I was so hoping you would be the ultimate TERB and tell us that some other obscure caracter died, but no one else would make sense. I really miss Susan :(

I know! I feel like I've finished several chapters of my life...

Nick Scipio

Thanks, Erik. And thanks for reading all these years.

Nick Scipio

I know, right? It feels like I've been writing SC for a couple of decades. I'm glad you enjoyed it as much as I did. Stay tuned, though. I'm not done with Paul and friends just yet.

Nick Scipio

Thanks, Michael. And thanks for reading. Yeah, the characters kind of came to life on their own, didn't they?

Nick Scipio

Thanks, Paul. And don't worry, I know you weren't making any demands. I don't have such a hair-trigger these days, especially since I'm actually getting paid for my work.

Nick Scipio

That's a good question. Someone will have to write her story one day. I might do a quick update in the newsletter (signup links coming soon), but I don't have plans to write anything longer. Sorry.

Nick Scipio

So, what happened to Kendall?

Sean Fhearsalach

That was it! After a long time of reading and feeling with the characters it's finally the End.

Thanks Nick, I cant remember when I started reading this on ASSTR, though it was a somewhere in 2003-4 timeline. I was glad to find you again before you finished. And glad to continue reading your work. Best to you.

Wow! I can't believe you've reached the end! I've been reading since 2003, so it has been an epic journey. Thank you for the great story!

The end of an era, indeed! Thank you for creating a wonderful story with a rich set of characters, Nick! I started reading this story back in 2006, and I've enjoyed watching the characters grow and learn, and I've learned a few things myself! I had guessed it was Susan's death from the start, but of course, that was only a guess! Thanks again for a beautifully written, thoughtful, fun, and erotic story, Nick!

It's been a very long journey. A wonderful journey. Thank you for allowing me to follow along. As with all great stories at the end I wanted to yell out NOOOOOO. There is so much I need to still know and there is still more that needs to be written. This is not a demand but a acknowledgment that you have created not characters but real people and that I hope their journey hasn't ended. You've been working on this epic for a long time. My desires for more are something I will deal with and not a demand to you. You have given me hours and hours of reading enjoyment for many years. Thank you Nick.
