hello, at last!!!!

i'm so sorry again, for the long wait between posts this time. this year's been kind of throwing me for a loop, to put it shortly.

aside from what i already mentioned in february, march and april have been proving to be very busy for me on the personal end of stuff. i've had a trip coming up pretty soon that i've been needing to save up some more money for, and so i found myself pretty busy with commissions, which i'll be showing off in this post!

but, especially as of recently, i've honestly just been using this time to rework a LOT of stuff emotionally and mentally, and do some social upkeeping. a lot of shit came up, and i've been having some pretty significant stuff happen to me emotionally speaking that's made it hard to really focus on work, and on top of that, i was also having a particularly bad episode of "working on stuff so much that i forget to keep up with DMs and Be A Person". so, i've decided to shift my approach by instead just not working on stuff until i've caught up on all my messages and allowed myself to be with My People for at least a bit on any day if the opportunity is there! i figure that my work is gonna be able to wait, but people most certainly are not. plus, i've even been able to get work done even with me putting socializing first, and it's been helping me feel both more productive and less, uh...depressed, let's put it simply.

so, In Other Words: i've just been going through it and needed some time to rework how i've been handling being a person. but, for it, it should help every aspect of my life feel a lot more stable as a result.

but in the meantime, well...i finally, Finally, have finished up a script for my next video, before the new chapters of DELTARUNE are out, that being: my follow-up to the Staggering Winds analysis! clocking in, at around 80 FUCKING PAGES. as it turns out, covering an immense amount of heavier ARG-centric stuff, changes made to past videos on the channel, and making sense of a fucking SiIvaGunner crossover, tends to make the video Quite A Bit Bigger! Wow!

...i have no idea if i'm even gonna get this one done before the new chapters. let's just say, probably not. this isn't one that i'm planning a specific timeframe for, just, "it'll be done when it's done". but, i wanted to work on this one specifically because i knew it would be easier to put this one down in case i can't finish this one before then, and pick it up once i make my videos on 3&4. but i wanted to AT LEAST get the script done before then, so it'd be easier to edit and such in case i have to make any changes.

i will say, this script will only over everything up to the April Fools video on the channel. i am simply putting a hard cap here, and if the Staggering Winds channel uploads anything more after that, i'm just gonna be saving that for a third video analyzing it. around 80 pages is more than enough, and i'm sticking to what i said in part 3: Never Again. this one might be closer to 4 hours. you have to understand. JKLKJLDGHHG

...in fact, looking at how long this video might turn out, i might even just split this one into two, i'm not gonna lie. i'll give it a bit to be sure but, this one is bigger than i thought, and it's fucked to say but i really think it might get elevated to "MAJOR" video status because of that. classic me underestimating the scope of my videos... :,)

i do think i'll have a lot of fun making this one though, when i get to it! it's a fucking wild rabbit hole, but one that i think is more than worth covering. something about this taking the turns it did feels...so weirdly up my alley, for some reason, lol.

but, to make up for the long gaps between posts, i'll be attaching the script for you all to read well in advance! i toiled away quite a bit at it, and i am honestly curious to see what people think of what i wrote. hopefully it's coherent enough...

i may even try to get the recording for this done soon, but we'll see! as of writing this, i still have a few commissions to wrap up, and in a couple of weeks, i'll actually be preparing for a trip to see one of my partners and...i've never said this anywhere till now, but i'll actually be going to a con in early May. and i may or may not be Dressed accordingly >:)

i'll have more to say abt that soon, but for now, i hope y'all enjoy reading through the script if you'd like to see it early! i wanted to try giving as much as i can to make up for the absence, and i hope to have more to show, whether that's for vids or just more music stuff <3 thank you all as always for supporting me and for your patience, it means a ton.
