{ star tier+ } Part 2 peeks + update 7.3.23

heya!

it's been not Too long but long enough that i felt like giving a slight update on Part 2 production for y'all, mainly in the form of some peeks at how it's going so far!

currently, i'm just about approaching the 30 minute mark of the video already, and pretty much getting waist deep into the process now. i had a really busy past week and so i couldn't really focus on editing because of stuff like Getting My Driver's License, but now that i'm free of any obligations of that sort for a while, i'm trying to bust my ass on this video as much as possible because it's so utterly huge that i just want to work on it more than i want to let it loom over me ^^;; been editing for just about the whole past day/night before honestly i'm not gonna lie (i had aboutttt 7-9 minutes done before that week, and in one night i got 6 more minutes edited, and this past day just about a whole 13-15 mins), and i don't think i intend to slow down very much until i at least get through the Chapter 2 segment. at the very least, i can say there's technically less than an hour left of this segment now so, hey, i'll get there soon hopefully!

but, i am mostly happy with how it's coming along so far. currently at the part where i'm actually getting more in depth into the 2021 demo and more particularly changes with the vessel/gonermaker and UI/save system stuffs; i was worried at first that the corrections segment would drag on the video too much, but out of like 130 minutes of video, it only really takes up about 15 of those minutes at the very most. this is a huge fuckin vid there's a Lot going on.

if anything *now* my only worry is just that i hope it's not too bloated with me explaining stuff and not as much ha ha funnies, pacing is something i'm trying to pay more attention to because of just how bloated with stuff to analyze this part especially is. it's not as much of a worry in part 3 because at that point you'd be there to just listen to my theory anyway, with the Occasional goof, but i do want the compilation/archival side of things to be fun to watch as well ... i guess that's why i even have something like a patreon to begin with for second opinions don't i? lol i'll get used to this eventually hopefully.

but yea! mainly i got some screenshots for ya of the first 30 minutes roughly, and also even a short OOC clip from near the beginning of the video, i hope it suffices while i continue to try to rip through as much of Part 2 as i can reasonably do so.

{ i also hope to get more stuff done to show to the higher tiers!! once enough of Part 2 is done i'll hopefully be feeling a little more freed up to work on personal projects again. i just feel like i'm super behind on progress for the next video so i want to get as much of it done as possible in the coming week or two }
