Hi guys! I have a website! It's still in the works but I have some things done and keep adding little by little, in case you wanna check it out

You will be able to stream only an hour of video, if the reaction is over an hour and you'd like to see the rest of it you're gonna have to download the reaction. Sorry about that, I'll let you know when I fix that.

This can get complicated. 1) You're remembering the first season episode "Ties That Bind," in which Xena SEEMS to meet her father, but who turns out to be Ares in disguise. So, we haven't actually seen her dad. Unless you think Ares is her biological father, which I don't. 2) In this universe, demigods can, and do, have very different powers. Hercules, of course, has bast superhuman strength and endurance, and is possibly immortal. But Dion, who we met in the Hercules second season episode "The Power," had no special strength; instead, he has the power to compel other people to obey his will. (He was the son of a mortal man and Aphrodite.) Persephone, who I believe is half goddess and half mortal (the daughter of Demeter) never demonstrated powers at all. So the fact that Xena doesn't possess the power of Hercules doesn't necessarily mean anything. 3) This episode was originally going to definitively reveal that Xena was the daughter of Ares. But plans were changed (I think for the better) and we were left with this somewhat confusing resolution. ... Lucy Lawless took inspiration for "mad" Xena from the Three Stooges. It's a somewhat jarring contrast to the more serious moments when she portrays Xena's mental illness.
