I too really like the relationship between Herc and Cassandra in this episode and there's some nice chemistry with Kevin and Claudia Black. I also feel this episode has a bit of an old school 40's Flash Gordon-esque vibe to it too.

2025-04-11 17:47:46 +0000 UTCI ... think that the people of Atlantis are more like atheists than anything else. This episode appears to draw significant inspiration from the 1961 film, Atlantis, The Lost Continent. (If not something earlier.) Claudia Black gives a great performance (and, as an Aussie, does a really good American accent) and I like Cassandra's friendship with Hercules a lot.
