This is a really good episode, and the return of Hercules' wife and kids was very special. ... I think there's some double dealing going on here; Ares convinces the gods that a marriage between the son of Zeus and the Golden Hind cannot happen unless Herc abandons his power, but afterwards makes Serena mortal, which he can do without the other gods' consent. Obviously, only one should be necessary, but Ares has bad intentions. Because he's Ares. ... I love crossovers, so I like that Joxer shows up. ... The end, with Deianira and the children appearing to bless the wedding, is moving.
