Next thing you know you're hating the world thinking the universe hates you and you cant do nothing right when 8 times out of 10 you're doing great. I surround myself with that kind of people a lot and I never notice how bad I am until its a little too late and I brought people down with me in the process. Its like a chain x_x

2024-11-15 00:10:22 +0000 UTCI'm not a massive fan of Scotty's character in the show at times, often his cockiness and impulsiveness will result in him making really bad decisions like here when he didn't read the immigrant store keeper well. You can see in some respects he was trying so hard to get a wrap on the case too he got pissy with Lilly when she told him it didn't feel right. As for the discussion you did after the episode about people you know like Blaine, I do honestly think some people at times create their own narrative of failure by constantly subscribing to it in a way that is not proper depression. They make themselves victims in many ways as they radiate that feeling to others too.
