This episode may have drawn partial inspiration from the movie Dragonheart. (And, possibly, The Never Ending Story for the scene with the boy flying on the back of the dragon.) It was nice for us to finally see a monster that is, unquestionably, a dragon, which is always one of the coolest things you can find in any work of fantasy. And Sinea being evil is a good twist. (Her name always makes me think of Don Quixote.)
