Second, I found this old Bulchi card, which I didn't finish. It was going to be part of a Fusion card pack for the past December, but the problems mentioned at the time occurred, and in the end, the character was left unfinished.
I've been updating the mods a bit—well, redoing them since I lost the old files—but I'm having trouble with the vest part. I think that's the only thing missing. And maybe I should redo the hair mod.
