That even if Sarge wasn’t really coulson they were willing to work with him for the bigger mission because they felt he had the most important traits. Daisy wanted coulson back more then anyone in 6 and that moment in the temple with May dying she accepted that when they talked about wanting to see him again in any form that means While I can see you are still uncomfortable with Lmd coulson the team all understand that he isn’t really him but he has the most important parts of him
