Since the Baron remembers the Black Death, which happened in 1347, it would make him at least in the high 600's in age. I'm only answering this because you asked, but coprophilia is a sexual fetish people feel when they come into contact with feces. As to the Baron's vomiting, realize that not only is he eating human food, but there's a lot of garlic as well.
