If this happened in the real world, probably the entire administrative staff would get fired. Willow isn't certified to teach, she has no authority, and she's not being paid which would violate child labor laws. I taught a couple classes in high school, both in American History and Trigonometry, but both times the regular teacher was there to watch and bail me out in case I ran into trouble. Chemicals that turn pool water a different color when someone pees actually didn't exist until 2017 according to my research. Urine actually naturally reacts with chlorine, dissolving it almost immediately, so detecting it is extremely difficult. Anything your mom bought was more than likely fake.
