Jason, the black guy, is played by Brandon Jay McLaren who did indeed play the Red Ranger in Power Rangers S.P.D. The liquid that was thrown to put out the flames on Jason was moonshine, basically homemade alcohol. A hillbilly is an unsophisticated country person, usually from the Appalachian Mountain area of the United States. No, drinking beer in a hospital is not a good idea.
