At that time people usually didn't marry for love anyway, so to have someone like him on your side it'd be great. Thx I'm saving words for the last ep that's why I'm not saying so much about these ones...anyways it's just about the war and strategy. We know what happened to those men already😭

Also, hated Mary's change. She was all shy and cute and all of the sudden her personality just changed like... stupid brat 😂 yes Clare asked Alex to stay away but what she told him was true, he was already sick and wouldn't be able to support her and it's not the 21st century where she could've get a job and support him instead 😂

It was worth getting to the Pirate Cove for so much Outlander this week :D As for Alex's illness, it's never said outright, but all the siynptoms fit tuberculosis. And yea, I also wondered how they had managed to have sex with him being so sick. I guess he miust have got worse very suddenly? I've no idea.
