Yes! I didn't remember that in that moment (the French part) and how was the beginning of the book? It was really clever I saw the director talking about it and the intention was to make us think she was back in her time xD

2018-04-23 17:05:06 +0000 UTCHeh, I was curious about your reaction to this one. I was seriously confused and not a little pissed when I first saw it. Looking back, the shock was cleverly done. The book had an even bigger WTF beginning. As for Claire and Jamie speaking French, I think Claire picked it up during the war in France and Jamie studied in Paris, and then was a soldier in France (not a spoiler, it was discussed in the episode The Watch :) Anyway, thanks for your reaction, looking forward to watching you enjoy the rest of the season / show. :)
