I know I cleared it up on stream for the next episode but just for anyone else watching first time. All of aespa finished high school before debuting, Ningning is the only one who left slightly early but still got her degree. Giselle even has some college classes under her belt. She wanted to do this because she wanted to experience going to school IN KOREA, since she went to school in Japan. Same with Ningning, only seeing Korean school life through K-Dramas.
