That tweet you read was not factual. They did not dismiss that case. They just indited him without detention. Meaning he is not currently in jail. He will be free until the case goes to court. He will go to trial. If guilty he will do his time, you can say the sentencing may be too light and Korea is "fucked" after that, if that is what happens. But his career is done here. Korea has outbound immigration and he has an exit ban. He can't flee the country.
