Mina was gone for a few months. This was in July 2019. She was in the Feel Special comeback (Sept 2019) but didn't do any of the promotions, and the Halloween fan meeting was either the first or one of her first appearances since her hiatus. But she did join in on their Japanese tour later in 2019. I don't know if she was in the whole concert or just a few performances, but she was there and on stage. It seems that JYP pretty much gave her all the power to pick and choose what she wanted to participate in until she was fully ready to be back.
