You usually grill your own meat at Korean bbqs. The only thing you'll have to order is the meat, since they always automatically come with Korean side dishes, like kimchi, bean sprouts, rice and so on. You can't go wrong with beef or pork. Pork belly (samgyeopsal) is a favorite for many.

For groups you're at least a little familiar with, I'd personally recommend some more Itzy, Izone, CLC and Loona content. Honestly, you should just gather some group names and make a poll asking which group you should react to lol. Maybe keep the groups you already regularly react to and recommended groups in separate polls or something?

There are so many Weekly Idol, Idol Room, Knowing Bros, Idol House, Fact in Star, etc. episodes for you to watch in the meantime. You could react to episodes you haven't seen for different groups you like or are curious about. It'd be fun to get some variety.
